3D Chalks Art

These unbelievable photos are chalk drawings done by Julian Beever and Kurt Wenner. Both Julian and Kurt have different styles to create an amazing 3D illusion.

Scroll down slowly and stop at each new frame. Julian Beever is an English artist who’s famous for his art on the pavement of England, France, Germany, USA, Australia and Belgium.

Most of his artwork it is impossible to tell whats real from what’s an illusion. Very cool stuff.

This outstanding graphic novel chronicles the early adventures of Mat, a conventional Muslim boy, and his family and friends. Mat is an exuberant and expressive character much adored by his affectionate family and the often-hilarious villagers. His high-spirited escapades with his friends, his sober religious education with the cane-wielding Tuan Syed, the moderate and sometimes scary customs of daily life, his maturation and occasional trouble at home, and eventually his eye-opening life at boarding school all portray a traditional life that has since nearly vanished. Lat reminds readers on every page of the energy and delight of childhood. The book breathes life into the themes of loyalty, ecology, family values, and societal customs. It pits the fading rural traditions of the Malaysian jungle village dependent upon rubber and agriculture in the 1950s against the quickly developing outside world.

Mohammad Nor Khalid is a well known, beloved, and celebrated Malaysian cartoonist also known simply at Lat. He began his drawing career at age nine, was first published at thirteen, and in 1979 released his first autobiography in Malaysia, Kampung Boy. In 1994 he received the prestigious Malaysian honorific title Datuk. His gifted graphics, which are the embodiment of simplicity and innocent charm, are revealed in this first U.S. release. The original and exceptional artwork is sweet, playful, expressive, and energetically animated. Upin Dan Ipin

Wah, nampaknya populariti Upin & Ipin terus diterima oleh ramai peminat dari seluruh Malaysia dan Indonesia. Upin & Ipin pula banyak kali diketengahkan di dalam program TV dari pelbagai stesyen TV. Yang terkini, Upin & Ipin telah berkunjung ke RTM untuk rancangan Selamat Pagi Malaysia (SPM). Pertama kali menjejakkan kaki di dalam set SPM, maskot Upin & Ipin menjadi buruan sebaik sahaja siaran langsung dimulakan. Penampilan eksklusif pelakon suara baru Ipin & Ipin untuk musim ini iaitu adik Asyiela Putri turut mengamit suasana di dalam studio dan tentunya juga di kaca TV. Adik Syiela yang sedang di dalam mood cuti sekolah, turut gembira kerana dapat memeriahkan rancangan SPM.

Selain itu, pelakon suara bagi watak Fizi iaitu Ida Rahayu dan watak Jarjit iaitu Shafiq juga turut dibawa ke studio untuk berkongsi pengalaman masing-masing. Sesi lebih kurang 1 jam di dalam studio ini, sekali gus mewujudkan suasana meriah. Krew LCP sendiri berasa bertuah kerana pada hari tersebut berkesempatan berjumpa dengan lagenda bola sepak tanah air iaitu Zainal Abidin Hassan. Beliau yang juga turut dijemput ke studio membincangkan mengenai acara Piala Dunia yang bakal menjelma. Zainal Abidin yang merupakan bekas pemain bola sepak negara, juga amat meminati siri animasi Upin & Ipin. Siri Upin & Ipin yang sedang ditayangkan di TV9 akan menayangkan episod istimewa mengenai Piala Dunia. Jadi jangan lepaskan peluang ini untuk menontonnya di kaca TV nanti.
